Each client's weekly review is ready whenever it is needed, with nobody putting it together.
The problem
In recruitment for client projects, the team reviews where each client stands every week: open roles, candidates at each stage and alerts. One person put that review together by hand, and it took 1 hour a week.
An AI task brought it down to 5 minutes, but the task only ran when someone started it.
What we did
The review moved into the operations dashboard and is worked out with rules, without AI. For each client it shows the open roles, the candidates at each stage with the number of days they have been stuck, the warning signs and what has changed since the last saved review. Each role’s priority comes from the gap between what the client needs and what is already under way.
Alerts can be configured, for example a candidate stuck for more than 10 days at a late stage, or a role open for more than 60 days. It works for any client, and every review is saved, so there is a history to compare against the week before.
The result
- The review took 1 hour a week by hand. With the AI task it took 5 minutes. Now it takes no time at all, because it is already waiting in the dashboard.
- It is available at any time and for every client, without anyone having to start it.
Each client’s review is done before anyone needs it.
